Everything sold by Built For Chaos is an instant digital download. Nothing physical is shipped.

Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download has been made available or accessed.

WE'LL MAKE A REAL PROBLEM RIGHT

If you were charged twice, received the wrong file, can't access the download, or the file is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days through our contact page at https://builtforchaos.myshopify.com/pages/contact. We'll verify the issue and provide a working replacement or an appropriate refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Digital fulfillment starts automatically after purchase, so orders usually can't be canceled after the download has been made available.

RIGHTS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this policy removes any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applies under the law where you live. Where the law allows it, by purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that a statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins.
